Dimethyl silicone oil (PDMS, polydimethylsiloxane) at 1000 centistokes (cSt) is one of the most widely used viscosity grades in the silicone fluid product family. The 1000 cSt grade strikes the ideal balance between fluidity and film-forming capacity, making it effective as a lubricant, release agent, defoamer carrier, and thermal medium across a broad operating temperature range. Great Spring silicone oil is produced from high-purity dimethyldichlorosilane feedstock with a consistent molecular weight distribution, resulting in excellent batch-to-batch viscosity stability.

Packaging
Standard: 200 kg steel drums (net weight). Also available in 25 kg, 50 kg, and 1,000 kg IBC totes. For air freight orders, UN-approved 25 kg HDPE jerry cans are offered. Store in a sealed container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 5 years under proper storage conditions.
