Iron Oxide Red 130s

1. Characteristics:
Iron oxide red is an inorganic substance with the chemical formula Fe2O3, which is a red or dark red amorphous powder. The relative density is 5~5.25, and the melting point is 1565°C (decomposition at the same time). Insoluble in water, soluble in hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid, slightly soluble in nitric acid. The hiding power and tinting power are very strong, and there is no oil permeability and water permeability. Stable in the atmosphere and sunlight, resistant to foul gas, high temperature and alkali.

3. Recommended application:
Used in many types of paints, including antirust paint, water-soluble indoor/outdoor paints and oil-based paints.
- Used for dyeing construction materials, such as mosaic bricks, for concrete bricks, pavement, colorful tiles,
roofing tiles and man-made marble. - Colors for ceramic body.
- Used in paper industry, esp. rice paper.
- Used for surface coloration of plastic epoxy floor, color for pitch.
- Used as a more fade-resistant dye for plastics.
